This is my last issue. Turn the page.
After 24, I'm through. Turn the page.
I've been in black and white since everyone stopped reading.
If the world needs a hero, I'm not the one they're needing.

Just turn the page.



I remember pulpy pages
A world of no ink, just pencil gray
I walked for ages and ages
To let The Black Page take it all away

The nothingness was so inviting
Gave it up willingly
Why did you bring me back?

SUPERSONIC SOUL:
Emptiness, pain, and darkness

When the best you feel is nothing
Then you pray for nothing to be the end
If your life doesn't feel worth saving
Then The Black Page looks like a friend

I let the darkness take the pain away
Almost happily
Why did you bring me back?

Because what I see in you
is so much more than you do
I see beauty, love, and truth
